Cookie Policy
This page explains how the site miraqo.io and the application app.miraqo.io use cookies and similar technologies. It forms part of the Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a site saves on your device. They are used to keep pages working, to remember your login session or, in other cases, to collect browsing data. Here we explain exactly which ones we use and why.
2. Which cookies we use
Miraqo uses only technical cookies, required to authenticate the user and protect requests. We do not use profiling, marketing or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not track your activity across different sites.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
sessionid |
Keeps the login session active after sign-in. | Session / up to 14 days | Technical, first-party |
csrftoken |
Protects forms and requests from CSRF attacks. | 1 year | Technical, first-party |
The marketing site (miraqo.io) is static and does not normally set cookies: the cookies above are created only when you access the application.
3. Locally saved preferences
The cookie notice you see on your first visit does not use a cookie: your choice
is saved in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), on your
device only, so the notice does not reappear. You can remove it by clearing the
site data in your browser.
4. Third-party services
- Google Fonts: fonts are served from Google’s servers. Font file requests do not set cookies on your device.
- Sentry: collects technical error reports for service stability, configured without personal data (
send_default_pii=False) and without tracking cookies.
The processing carried out by the providers involved in the service is described in the “Third parties” section of the Privacy Policy.
5. Legal basis
Technical cookies strictly necessary for the service to function are exempt from prior consent, pursuant to the ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations. Since there are no profiling cookies, no consent banner is required: the notice we show is for informational purposes only.
6. How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Please note that disabling technical cookies will prevent you from logging in to the application and may break some security features.
7. Changes to this policy
If we introduce new types of cookies in the future, we will update this page and, where required by law, collect consent before activating them.
