Twelve sections, all optional

The PDF gathers the data the project already has: only what the client needs is switched on.

  • Overview and summaryIt opens with rankings, top keywords by estimated traffic, AI Search and backlinks; with a recent AI analysis, an executive summary too. With Analytics connected, sessions and conversions.
  • RankingsDesktop and mobile keywords, the average position trend, the main changes in the period and YouTube positions.
  • Search ConsoleClicks, impressions and CTR compared with the previous period, plus the 10 queries and 10 pages bringing the most clicks.
  • The other sectionsBacklinks at the start and end of the period, technical audit, Topical Cluster, AI Visibility by LLM, GEO Audit, competitors with keyword gap, Core Web Vitals and Local SEO.

Summary or full version

Every section starts as a summary; full lists are added only when needed, since on a large site they run to dozens of pages.

  • Audit issuesGrouped by severity, errors, warnings and notices, with the URLs involved.
  • Backlink listsEvery link with a clickable URL, status and spam score, then referring domains and anchor text.
  • Full topical reportLinks missing from the pillar page, missing topics, loops between different silos and internal cannibalisation.
  • Automatic table of contentsAfter the cover, the list of sections with the page number of each one.

Your brand, in the client’s language

The client receives a document from your agency, written in their language.

  • Brand profileLogo, main colour, header background and contact details: email, website and phone. An agency can have several and assign one to each project.
  • CoverTitle, subtitle and a message of the month, written for that client.
  • Five languagesItalian, English, German, French or Spanish, with dates and numbers in the client’s format.
  • A header that stays readableThe text colour adapts to the chosen background, light or dark.

Delivery: email, archive, link

The report arrives on its own, stays available and has an always up-to-date alternative.

  • Scheduled deliveryMonthly, on a day from 1 to 28, or weekly, at the chosen time and to several recipients, with its own subject and message. For off-schedule deliveries there is send now.
  • PeriodsPrevious month, last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, last 12 months.
  • ArchiveThe last 12 PDFs of each project stay available for download.
  • Shareable linksA read-only page that is always up to date, with optional password and expiry, revocable, with a view count.

The report is a PDF that Miraqo builds from the project data and sends to clients on the set schedule, with your agency’s logo, colours and contact details. There are twelve sections, from the Overview to rankings, from Search Console to the technical audit, from backlinks to AI Visibility, and each one is switched on separately; the table of contents with page numbers builds itself. Every section starts as a summary, and the full lists are added only when the client needs them.

The PDF comes out in five languages, so a German client gets it in German, with dates and numbers in their format. Besides scheduled delivery there is send now for off-schedule deliveries, an archive of the last twelve reports and a read-only shareable link, password-protected if needed. The layout takes no time, and the time saved goes into discussing the numbers with the client.
