Credits measure the grid points you monitor on the local ranking map. You spend them once when you add a keyword and assign one or more grids: 3×3 = 9 credits, 5×5 = 25 credits, 7×7 = 49 credits per grid. You can attach multiple grids to the same keyword and consumption is additive. Grids are rescanned every 7 days on every plan, so your plan's update frequency (every 3 days or daily) has no effect on credits. The total is the sum of all grid points across all keywords, capped at 260 on Pro and Agency. Example: keyword A with a 5×5 grid (25 credits) and keyword B with a 3×3 plus a 5×5 (9 + 25 = 34 credits) = 59 credits in total. Grids available: 3×3 and 5×5 on Pro, also 7×7 on Agency.

You need the "Extra Local SEO credits" add-on: 500 credits at €15/month (€150/year, 2 months free), stackable and cancellable any time from the Subscription page. On Pro and Agency it adds to the 260 credits in the plan. On Solo and Starter, which don't include Local SEO, the add-on is what turns the feature on, with a 3×3 grid: 500 credits is roughly 55 monitored keywords, or fewer keywords spread across several locations. Maximum grid size still depends on the plan.

SEO Audit credits measure how many pages of your site you can check per month. One credit = one page checked, and it is consumed only when the page responds correctly (HTTP 200): redirects, 404/500 errors and unreachable pages do not consume credits. The budget resets every calendar month and there is no limit on the number of audits you can run — only the total pages checked counts. Example: with Pro (300,000 credits) you can check up to 300,000 pages per month across all projects. Monthly budgets: 30,000 (Solo), 90,000 (Starter), 300,000 (Pro) and 1,500,000 (Agency).

Each prompt you monitor is periodically re-sent to AI models (Google AI Overview, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) to check whether your brand is cited. The plan budget is in credits and each model costs in proportion to its real cost: AI Overview and AI Mode 1 credit each, Perplexity, Gemini and ChatGPT 2 each. On every model the answer is sampled 3 times (that is where Share of Voice comes from). A prompt monitored on all 5 models costs 8 credits; on the 3 cheaper models (AI Overview + AI Mode + Perplexity) it costs 4. You can choose which models to activate per prompt. Budgets: 120 (Solo), 280 (Starter), 680 (Pro) and 1,680 (Agency) credits — at the plan's default frequency roughly 15, 35, 42 and 52 full prompts. The "up to" on the plan cards is the absolute maximum: monitoring a single 1-credit assistant (AI Overview or AI Mode) gets you to 120, 280, 340 and 420 prompts. You choose the check frequency yourself, project by project: monthly, bi-weekly, weekly or every 3 days. It is not locked by plan — it is paid in credits, because a more frequent check is the same check repeated (x1, x2, x4, x9). The plan only sets the default frequency: monthly on Solo and Starter, bi-weekly on Pro, weekly on Agency.

A Miraqo prompt is a complete prompt: the same question asked to all 5 assistants, each sampled 3 times. In the "prompt per model" unit used by other tools, our plans are worth up to 120 (Solo), 280 (Starter), 340 (Pro) and 420 (Agency) prompts when monitoring the 1-credit assistant, or about 75, 175, 210 and 260 prompt × assistant combinations when monitoring all 5 — and each combination yields 3 answers instead of one, i.e. up to 780 AI answers analysed at every check on Agency. We chose sampling over a daily single-answer check because AI models are not deterministic: the same question can cite you today and not tomorrow with nothing having changed. Three answers at a time turn an unstable ✓/✗ into a readable Share of Voice and trigger alerts only on real changes. If you prefer more frequent checks on fewer prompts, the frequency goes up to every 3 days, project by project.

For frequency you need no add-on: you choose it per project and pay for it in credits (monthly ×1, every 2 weeks ×2, weekly ×4, every 3 days ×9).

A monitor is 1 keyword on 1 device: 100 monitors are 100 keywords on one device, or 50 on Desktop + Mobile. Turning on YouTube for a keyword counts as one more monitor, like a third device. Extra keywords are updated at your plan's frequency, every 3 days or daily, at the same price either way. Beyond 10 units, moving up a plan is the better deal.
