Peec AI alternative: what changes with Miraqo, and when Peec is the better pick

On October 1 we asked five AI engines which tool tracks brand citations across AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. Gemini and Google AI Mode both named Peec AI, and Gemini named it again on October 14. If you are weighing it against Miraqo, the two differ on three points. Miraqo wins one of them, and Peec wins more than one vendor's comparison usually admits.

Disclosure: we make Miraqo. Every fact about Peec AI below comes from its own pricing page as it read on October 16, 2026, linked at the end. Where Peec does not say something, we write "not stated", which is not the same as "no". Prices are monthly, billed monthly, before tax.

What Peec AI is

Peec AI is a dedicated AI search analytics platform, used, by its own count, by more than 3,500 brands and agencies. Every plan tracks your prompts daily on three AI models of your choice and includes unlimited users. Starter costs €85 a month for 50 prompts, Pro €205 for 150, Advanced €425 for 350 prompts and five projects. Enterprise is priced on request and opens API access, single sign-on and up to 13 models.

It is built for teams that treat AI visibility as a channel of its own, and it shows in the plans: generous on volume, deep inside AI search, nothing outside it.

Difference 1: Perplexity is not in the base plans

On Starter, Pro and Advanced you pick three models out of six: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Naver AI. Perplexity is not on that list. You can add it as an extra model, which on Starter costs €30 a month, or get it on Enterprise.

Engine Peec AI, Starter to Advanced Miraqo, any plan
Google AI Overviews one of your three ✓
Google AI Mode one of your three ✓
ChatGPT one of your three ✓
Gemini one of your three ✓
Perplexity extra model, or Enterprise ✓
Microsoft Copilot one of your three ✗
Naver AI one of your three ✗
Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and others Enterprise ✗
An extra model on Peec costs €30 a month on Starter, €70 on Pro and €140 on Advanced (€25, €55 and €115 billed annually). Miraqo does not track Copilot, Naver or Claude at any price.

So if the five engines you care about are AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, Peec Starter plus two extra models comes to €145 a month. Miraqo's Solo plan covers the same five for €9 a month, VAT excluded. The catch is in the next section: those two prices buy very different amounts of data.

Difference 2: how often, and how many times, each prompt runs

Peec states its method plainly in its FAQ: one answer per prompt, per model, per day. Twenty-five prompts on three models for 30 days make 2,250 answers. Miraqo asks each prompt three times per engine at every check, because an AI answer changes from one run to the next and one run can catch a bad moment. But Miraqo checks less often: once a month on Solo and Starter, every two weeks on Pro, weekly on Agency. A project can be checked as often as every three days, at nine times the credits of a monthly check. There is no daily option.

Tier Peec AI Miraqo
Entry Starter, €85/mo: 50 prompts on 3 engines, daily, 1 project. About 4,500 AI answers a month. Solo, €9/mo: about 15 prompts on 5 engines, checked monthly, three runs per engine. About 225 AI answers a month.
Middle Pro, €205/mo: 150 prompts on 3 engines, daily, 2 projects. About 13,500 AI answers. Pro, €48/mo: about 42 prompts on 5 engines, checked every two weeks, 10 projects. About 1,260 AI answers.
High Advanced, €425/mo: 350 prompts on 3 engines, daily, 5 projects, Looker Studio. About 31,500 AI answers. Agency, €131/mo: about 52 prompts on 5 engines, checked weekly, 25 projects. About 3,100 AI answers.
Miraqo prompt counts assume every prompt runs on all five engines; a prompt on Google's two surfaces only costs a quarter as much. An add-on of 130 credits for €9 a month adds about 16 prompts on five engines, checked monthly. Miraqo's plan prices include Google keyword tracking every three days. Annual billing brings Peec to €70, €180 and €360, and lowers Miraqo's prices by 11% to 18%.

Divide the price by the answers and Peec comes out ahead: about two cents per AI answer on Starter and just over one cent on Advanced, against roughly four cents on Miraqo at any tier. If what you need is a daily line for every prompt, or weekly reports on hundreds of prompts, Peec collects more data for the money, and it is not close. Miraqo's three runs per check make each reading steadier, which matters when you look at a prompt once or twice a month and need that reading to hold. They do not make up for thirty readings a month.

Difference 3: what sits around the AI module

Peec goes deeper inside AI search. It scores the demand behind each prompt from 1 to 5, suggests prompts and competitors, classifies prompts by intent and by branded or non-branded, tracks products and SKUs in AI shopping answers, and reads your CDN logs to show which AI bots crawl which pages and what status code they get. Advanced adds a Looker Studio integration.

Miraqo goes wider instead. The €9 plan that tracks the prompts also tracks 50 Google keywords, runs a technical audit, monitors backlinks and reads Search Console, in one project with one report. The MCP connector comes with every plan, so Claude or ChatGPT can read your rankings and your AI visibility data side by side. For a freelancer or a small agency that checks a set of important prompts next to its rankings, that is one subscription instead of two.

Where Peec is clearly ahead

  • Users: unlimited on every Peec plan. Miraqo includes one seat on Solo and Starter, three on Pro, ten on Agency.
  • Engines: Copilot and Naver AI in the base plans, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and others on Enterprise. Miraqo covers none of them.
  • Data per euro, once you track daily: see the second difference.
  • AI crawler analytics: which bots visit which pages, from your CDN logs. Miraqo does not read server logs.

Where the two agree

Both let you write your own prompts, both treat AI Overviews and AI Mode as separate engines, both benchmark you against competitors, and both offer a free trial: Miraqo for 14 days without a card, Peec for a length its pricing page does not state.

How to decide

  • You need a fresh number every day, or hundreds of prompts: Peec AI.
  • You need Copilot, Naver AI or Claude: Peec AI. Miraqo does not track them.
  • You want to know which AI bots crawl your site: Peec AI.
  • You want Perplexity without paying for an extra model, a few important prompts measured three times per check, and the rest of your SEO in the same place: Miraqo, from €9.

Switching costs little either way: prompts are plain questions, and retyping them takes a few minutes. The history does not move, so pick before you have months of data you would rather keep. Our methodology page explains what Miraqo counts as a mention, a citation and a share of voice, and our Otterly.AI comparison and overview of eleven trackers cover the other names that come up next to these two.
